We are pleased to announce that Moebius Technology Solutions has entered into an agreement to acquire Next Tech Solutions effective January 1st. Our combined company will continue operations as Moebius Technology Solutions and will provide our clients with the same team that you have always trusted in addition our new team members that will help us greatly with expanding our support base and client management services.
Next Tech Solutions is a well-established IT support and Services company with operations located primarily in Southeast Connecticut and Southwestern Rhode Island. Moebius Technology has had a collaborative working relationship with the team from Next Tech for a few years, and we look forward to the synergy that this new alliance will bring for our collective clients.
Our support services, rates, and models will remain the same for our clients and we will continue to provide updates on these exciting changes as this merger continues.
